About me 

I'm Lata Ramesh 

I am a certified clinical and medical hypnotherapist and a certified STILL method anxiety coach. I help people overcome life challenges and create the life they want. I have also received training in areas like NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Erichsonian Hypnotherapy, and GEMT (Guided Empathy Meridian Tapping).

I  have received training in energy healing modalities like Reiki and Pranic healing and also in  Bach Flower remedies. I do believe in integrative healing and, through my sessions, clients benefit from my skills in multiple healing modalities.

Anxiety, Fear & Phobias

Hypno-healing is highly effective to overcome your fears and anxieties. This includes, but is not restricted to: fear of public speaking, fear of driving, test anxiety, performance anxiety, fear of air-travel, fear of disease, and so on. You will learn how to relax in the middle of a panic attack, stop thoughts that produce panic, replace those thoughts with positive coping statements, and accept all your feelings and sensations.

Discovery Session
Work together to understand your strengths, limitations, your hopes, aspirations, the stress you face and the internal and external challenges you might be facing.

Create Roadmap
Create a road-map for your healing journey. We also will do guided imagery to help you anchor relaxation into your subconscious mind.

Goal Session
All follow up sessions build on the first session. In each session we identify a sub-goal that takes you closer to your main goal. The session conversations and exercises are designed to help you reach the next step of your roadmap.

E-U-C Concept

Anxiety Coaching
  • If you are dealing with a specific or general anxiety, you need a safe space, a helping hand, a guiding presence, and a loving environment
  • In my anxiety coaching sessions, I follow a three-pronged approach. I call it the E-U-C framework, where 'E'- stands for Education, 'U'-stands for Understanding and 'C'- stands for Control.

Parent Coaching
  • Parenting can be very challenging in the modern day world. As a part of my parent coaching sessions, you will be empowered to find effective ways to address child/teen behavior issues and find practical solutions to different parenting challenges.

Workshops

Workshops are a fun way to learn and grow. The group energy in the workshops promotes an openness and receptivity that helps us to gently move towards transformation in very subtle ways.

Deep Dive Into Self-love 
  • This is a 12 week immersion series into self-love. Every week we will study, discuss and immerse ourselves in one way that we can learn to love ourselves.

  • In this powerful 3 hour workshop, we learn about the messages the body gives us and how to interpret those messages to heal ourselves. The lower back, for example, can mean a lack of financial support.

  • This 3 hour workshop is about developing, maintaining and nurturing all relationships we have. This could be relationships with family, children, friends, co-workers and also intimate relationships.

CLASSES

Healing Circle For Women 2024

The Healing Circle is a support group for women where we learn together, love together and laugh together. Every month, we take up a topic, read about it, have discussions, do an activity and a meditation. The focus is on personal growth and we proceed in a gentle, loving and nonjudgemental manner.

Fortnightly event on 2nd & 4th Wednesdays: 5.30pm to 6.30 pm PST.

Every month is a different topic. Walk-ins are welcome.

About Our HEALING

What type of healing/coaching do you provide ?

I provide anxiety & life coaching sessions, parent coaching, Hypnotherapy sessions on an 1-1 basis. I also provide free group anxiety coaching under the umbrella of ‘I-A-M clinic’ (Integrated anxiety management clinic). For more details on our services, please Click here.

Do you offer online / virtual sessions?

I understand people are busy with their day-to-day schedules, and making time for in-person sessions is not always convenient, so I offer mostly online services to clients. In special cases, I do in-person sessions as well.

About Our sessions

Are healing/coaching sessions confidential?

Yes, the sessions are 100% confidential. The meeting platform we use is HIPAA-compliant. My office space ensures full privacy. Also, my client’s confidentiality is extremely important to me and I hold myself to maintain the highest professional standards of integrity.

What is the cancellation policy of a session?

I require at least 24 hours notice to cancel a session.

How long are the healing and coaching sessions?

The first session is a ‘Discovery session’ and will be anywhere between 75 to 90 minutes long. All follow-up sessions are 60 minutes long.

insurance & charges

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance. However, I can give you an invoice/ superbill that can be used to make any insurance claims.

How many sessions are needed?

The number of sessions can vary from 2 to 8 sessions based on the kind of support that might be required. The more intense the desire to reach your goal and the more consistent the follow up practice, the faster the results.
