What is IAM Clinic ?

Anxiety is one of the most concerning mental health related conditions that plague modern society. We see people of all ages getting affected by this; right from a 5 year old to a 95 year old person can struggle because of anxiety.

The IAM clinic (Integrated Anxiety management) is a free online initiative to support the community through better awareness and also learn practical tools to manage it. We do not have to be debilitated because of anxiety issues. There are many ways to empower ourselves. Join us at the clinic through  Zoom.

  • Anxiety disorders affect 25.1% of children between 13 and 18 years old. 
  • More than 40 million adults in the United States are suffering from anxiety related challenges.
  • 284 Million people suffered from an anxiety disorder, as per research done in 2017. After the pandemic, that number has increased significantly.

How do I register for this clinic?

Click the registration button on the top or below to register. You will receive an email with important details once registration is completed.

What is the location of this clinic?

The clinic happens on zoom. You will be sent a zoom link 2 days prior to the event.

Can I share about the event with my friends?

Yes, please do share about the clinic. Everyone who wants to attend needs to register separately.

What happens in the clinic?

There are 3 parts to the clinic.

  • The first 20 minutes is an awareness session where we talk about some important facets of anxiety. 
  • The next 10 minutes you will learn a tool or technique to manage anxiety. 
  • The last 15 minutes is when you can ask your questions and I will answer them.
Can I ask personal questions about my situation?

You can ask any question that you are comfortable to ask in the group. However, please note that the clinic sessions will be recorded and possibly be shared later on my website.

What are the fees to be a part of this clinic?

Currently, the clinic is free and open to all.

Is this Clinic Virtual or In-person ?

All the IAM Clinics are Virtual.

Will I get any handouts as part of this clinic?

There will be no handouts given for the free clinics. You are welcome to take down notes.

Will the recordings of the session be available for me if I register?

Yes, recording is available for a small charge of $20. However, if you attend the live session, most of your questions will be addressed.

What kind of tools will you share in this clinic?

All my tools are science based, practical and holistic tools. My clients have found these extremely useful and I would like you to benefit from these as well.

If I can't attend the session, will I get the Recording ?

Yes, if you can't attend the session, you can still get the recording for a fee of $20.

How can I request for the recording ?

Once the IAM Clinic is complete, recording link will be available within 24 hrs - 48hrs. You can click on the 'Request Recording' button and complete the payment. Post that you will receive the recording.
