What is this workshop about?

Journey to self love

  • The workshop is all about understanding, accepting and establishing a practice of  self-love.
  • Learning to love yourself is the first step towards healing your health, healing your relationships, finances and every aspect of your life.
  • If we try to solve our other challenges in life without developing a practice of self-love, our efforts may prove inadequate or even futile.
  • This workshop is based on the philosophy and work of Louise Hay, the author of the amazing book, ‘You can Heal Your Life’.

What can you expect from the workshop?

Journey to self love

Breaking through layers of conditioning to find the beauty inside
  • In this 2.5 hour workshop, you will experience powerful exercises to help you identify your old limiting beliefs and learn ways to let them go so that you can love yourself and others more fully.
  • As part of this workshop, we will be working with each of the four aspects of ourselves- Mind, Body, Emotions and Spirit.
  • During this workshop, we will be looking at ourselves deeply to break through the layers of old conditioning, and find the beauty inside.
  • Also as part of the workshop, you will enjoy an amazing experience called 'I receive', that will leave you touched, rejuvenated and transformed. Come and experience this for yourself!
All participants will also get:
  • Three Handouts supporting you in your practice of self-love
  • A 21 day Self-Love Journal to get started and strengthen your practice of self-love!

 Journey to self love

  • Louise Hay believes that no matter what your problem in life seems to be, there is only one thing that needs to be worked on and that is: 'Loving the Self'.
  • Loving yourself is not about vanity or arrogance or being stuck up, for that is not love. Those are in the domain of fear.
  • Love is having great respect for ourselves and a gratitude for the miracle of our bodies and our minds.
  • We do not love ourselves when we scold and criticize ourselves or when we mistreat our bodies with food, alcohol or drugs. In this workshop we get a glimpse into the many other ways that we do not love ourselves.

Hello dear friend,

I am Lata Ramesh, the founder of 'The Healing Gym', an Anxiety Life coach and a Clinical Hypnotherapist.

I am also a trained and licensed Heal Your Life® Teacher and Workshop leader. I have been trained by 'Heal Your Life Trainings' which is based on the life and teachings of Louise Hay.

I love teaching the Heal Your Life® workshops because of the potential to empower each participant and remind them that they hold the power to their own lives!

  • Every cell in our body listens to every word that we speak and every thought that we think. Stress affects the body’s immunity and chronic unhappiness can wither away our physical organs.
  • In this powerful 3 hour workshop, we learn about the messages the body gives us and how to interpret those messages to heal ourselves. The lower back, for example, can mean a lack of financial support.
Dive deep into self-love
Immersing ourselves in Self-love
  • This is a 12 week immersion series into self-love. Every week we will study, discuss and immerse ourselves in one way that we can learn to love ourselves. 
  • By the end of the twelve weeks, we would have discussed ‘12 ways to love yourself’ as outlined by Louise Hay.
  • With simple visualizations, meditations, we understand simple and profound concepts that help us in developing deep awareness and help us in bringing about much needed change compassion for ourselves.
