Healing Circle for Women 2024

The Healing Circle is a support group for women where we learn together, love together and laugh together. Every month, we take up a topic, read about it, have discussions, do an activity and a meditation. The focus is on personal growth and we proceed in a gentle, loving and nonjudgemental manner.

About the Healing Circle

  • ‘Healing Circle’ is a monthly support group for all women who are aspiring to heal their body, mind, emotions, relationships or any aspect of their lives.
  •  The Healing Circle is a forum for support, learning and personal development. Louise Hay said, 'Now is the time for women to break the barriers of self- limitation. You can be far more than you ever dreamed possible.'
  • The objective of this group is to provide a platform and an environment where we women can learn ways of nurturing ourselves while supporting one another. 
  • ‘Love  - Learn - Let Go’ is the mantra of the group and we will constantly endeavor to create a loving and accepting environment, learning new ways of nourishing our emotional and spiritual selves and letting go of all our stress and fears.
  • I believe that every woman is a goldmine of wisdom and the environment in the Healing Circle will facilitate the sharing of this 'Collective Wisdom'.

Theme: A Deeper look at Boundary Setting 

(Feb 21st, Mar 13th, Mar 27th, April 10th)

Why are boundaries needed for us? (Feb 21st)

Many of us are not used to standing up for ourselves and asking what we need. We are afraid to say ‘no’ because we don’t want to offend or disappoint people.Consequently we end up frustrated, exhausted, unappreciated, and mistreated. But we can all learn to set boundaries with kindness, assertively asking for what we need and create more satisfying and respectful relationships.

Join us in this session as we understand why boundaries are really needed in our lives. We will look at some scenarios and exercises to be clear on when and where boundaries are needed.

Why most of us are such terrible boundary setters (March 13th)

In order to set effective boundaries, we have to face an unpleasant truth: that it's our responsibility to recognize, set and communicate the boundaries you need so that others understand and accept it. In this session, we will look deeper into what prevents us from setting boundaries and also the consequences we face when we don’t set them.


Subconscious excuses that come in the way of our boundary setting and how we can overcome them. (March 27th)

In our subconscious mind, we have our limiting beliefs as well as other obstacles that we need to explore and excavate in order to get past our aversion to setting boundaries. Perhaps there is a belief that you are not safe when someone is mad at you. Or there may be underlying commitments that come in the way. Or there may be just excuses to avoid setting boundaries like ‘I will do it tomorrow when I am not so tired.’ In this session, we will look at these hidden roadblocks and examine ways to overcome them.

Taking inventory of our boundaries,  both easy and difficult (April 10th)

In this session we will do more awareness exercises to look at our own boundaries, what's easy, what’s difficult, what is a must have boundary that I need to get started with. We will also look deeper into the emotions that are generated when we are not setting adequate boundaries.

Here our emotions become the messenger to help us see where and what boundaries are needed.

Theme: Foundations of Love

Loving ourselves realistically (February 8th & 22nd)

We all have different problems in life. It could be a problem with our health, or with our relationships or our finances. But no matter what kind of problem we are dealing with, we always start with ‘Loving the Self’. Loving ourselves works miracles in our lives. This love is not vanity or arrogance or selfishness. It is about having respect for ourselves and a self-appreciation that is deep-rooted. 

In these sessions, we will look at the concept of self-love in a very practical way. We will do exercises and group meditations as well as home-work (which is basically love-work) exercises to be practiced on a daily basis.

The Circle is open to all women who are aspiring to heal their body, mind, emotions, relationships or any aspect of their lives.

Is the ‘Healing Circle’ available for international participants?

Yes, The healing Circle is open to women from all parts of the world.

What specifically will I get from 'the Healing Circle'?
  • As an average we will have two live workshops (one hour each) every month {February to November 2024}. These will be done through zoom.
  • Guided meditations. 
  • Interactive discussions

  • Recordings of the teaching session and meditations.

I am new to the healing work, Can I join?

Yes, the healing Circle will be equally valuable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners in self-healing.

There is a lot of reference to the word ‘healing’ here. What do you mean by ‘healing’?
  • We are a combination of body, mind, breath and spirit. When our bodies fall sick, our mind gets affected and when our mind is disturbed, the body feels the impact. As we go through the journey of life, we all experience different kinds of turmoils, traumas and difficult situations. All of those leave an imprint in the body and mind.
  • When we become conscious of the effects of these turmoils on our body, mind and breath and consciously work to release those effects and support ourselves in coming back to our natural state of inner peace, we heal. 
  • In the context of these ‘Healing Circle’ sessions, we will actively explore ways and means to heal ourselves gently and safely, increasing self-awareness, learning tools and techniques and doing all this in an internal and external space of love.
What's the cancellation policy for the Healing Circle?

You are welcome to cancel your subscription at any point. My goal is to support you in supporting yourself. If my sessions are not helping you, you are always welcome to cancel.
