One of the Five Love Languages is 'Gifts'! 

My primary love language is 'Quality Time' and I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and that's why I value my 1-1 client sessions too.

My daughter has 'Gifts' as one of her main love languages and she taught me how important it is to express your love and affection through the giving of gifts. From Restlessness to Gratitude

Life is constantly changing, moving. We go through so many transitions in life and with every change comes restlessness! 

In such a situation, I always find a practice of gratitude very comforting. Gratitude is a quick and reliable way to move from restlessness to gratitude!I have noticed that with gratitude, it's easier to come to terms with the current change; it's easier to calm down our nervous system and the mind; and it's easier to be more positive about the situation around us.

In my client sessions, I frequently recommend practicing gratitude journaling. Having an attitude of gratitude can be a powerful tool to help us reconnect with what truly matters and unlock a deep sense of happiness and well-being.
