Did you know that your subconscious mind controls 95% of your life? Yes, it does.

You are not consciously breathing in and breathing out. You're not doing it. It happens automatically. You're not consciously beating your heart. The heartbeat happens automatically.

You're not consciously working to see everything happens smoothly at the cellular level. All the processes happen naturally.  It happens automatically. And that is being done by your subconscious mind through the nervous system, through the autonomic nervous system.

And that's how powerful the subconscious mind is. It's helping you be alive. It's helping you function well.

Even in your day to day life, the subconscious mind controls 95% of your life.

If you're trying to drive, you're not consciously saying, oh, this is my accelerator I have to press this. This is the brake I have to press this. It just happens automatically.

If you're talking to someone you're not consciously thinking and emoting every time.There are so many automatic responses that happen. And that is very, very important.

You're instinctively doing a lot of tasks that you need to do. You're instinctively brushing your teeth or taking care of your body, taking care  of your Children, doing your jobs.

And these automatic responses are controlled by the subconscious mind. And the subconscious mind is really so powerful.

But it runs on patterns and programs and many of those patterns and programs are positive and useful. And there are quite a bit of programs that are not useful and not helpful. For example, the patterns and programs that control some of your not so not so good habits.

You  might not want to eat a particular thing, but you end up eating too much, maybe too many chocolates, maybe too many ice creams or maybe too much food, too much junk food.

Or maybe you you might not want to say certain things to certain people and be more controlled in your speech and more sweet in your speech, but invariably you might be finding that you're bursting into anger or getting upset and irritated with someone and saying things that you don't want to be saying.

And that's again, a subconscious program that is making you speak those things automatically, which you don't want to and you want to be able to change those programs.

So subconscious reprogramming is a very, very important aspect of taking care of ourselves and we cannot change our habits or change these programs in our subconscious mind by just going through the conscious mind.

You have to get deep down into the subconscious mind to be able to do that. And there are different ways to go into your subconscious mind.

One of the ways to go into your subconscious mind is hypnosis and  I teach people that. In fact,  I'm coming out with a self hypnosis course in May.
