It is often a reaction to our inability to control things, predict the future, or feel safe here and now. The uncertainty of life, with all the dangers and risks we perceive everywhere, triggers anxiety in us.
E-U-C Framework
If you are dealing with a specific or general anxiety, you need a safe space, a helping hand, a guiding presence, and a loving environment. This is what you will get in my coaching sessions. I call it as the E-U-C Framework, where 'E'- stands for Education, 'U'-stands for Understanding and 'C'- stands for Control.

The discovery session where we will explore the client’s situations, their anxiety symptoms, triggers and patterns and create a personalized coaching plan that addresses their specific needs and goals. (75- 90 mins)
5 follow-up anxiety coaching sessions: (weekly/ bi-weekly)(60 min)
- Overall Goal: Getting started with self-awareness, learning anxiety management techniques. You feel more hopeful about managing anxieties.
- Learn 2-3 relaxation techniques and self-soothing methods.
- Choose from any of the below mentioned session goals for your follow-up coaching.
- Bonus: 1 meditation recording to overcome anxiety, that is customized for the client.
Time commitment: 6 weeks.
The discovery session: where we will explore the client’s situations, their anxiety symptoms, triggers and patterns and create a personalized coaching plan that addresses their specific needs and goals.(75-90 mins)
11 follow-up anxiety coaching sessions: (weekly/ bi-weekly) (60 mins)
- Overall Goal: Increasing self- awareness, learning anxiety management techniques, working with specific areas that are impacted, facing your fears, making positive changes. You feel more empowered and confident about yourself.
- Learn 5-6 relaxation techniques and self-soothing methods and actively begin practicing them.
- Identify the root cause of your anxieties and start working on them.
- Learn tools for increasing self-esteem, managing emotions and creating a calming routine for yourself.
- Additionally, choose from any of the below mentioned session goals for your follow-up coaching.
Bonus: 3 meditation recordings to overcome anxiety that are customized for the client.
Time commitment: 12 weeks/ 3 months.
The discovery session: where we will explore the client’s situations, their anxiety symptoms, triggers and patterns and create a personalized coaching plan that addresses their specific needs and goals.
23 follow-up anxiety coaching sessions: (weekly/bi-weekly)
- Overall Goal: Increasing self- awareness, learning anxiety management techniques, working with specific areas that are impacted, facing your fears, making positive changes, creating a supportive lifestyle, attracting loving relationships, manifesting the future you want. You feel confident, joyful, calm and in control of your life.
- Learn 7-9 relaxation techniques and self-soothing methods and incorporate these into your daily life.
- Identify the root cause of your anxieties and start working on them.
- Learn tools for increasing self-esteem, managing emotions, bringing more structure and routine, creating boundaries, positive communication and creating more love and joy in life.
- Additionally, choose from any of the below mentioned session goals for your follow-up coaching.
- Bonus: 6 meditation recordings that are customized for the client.
Time commitment: 24 weeks/ 6 months.
This package is designed as ongoing support after completing the basic/ comprehensive/ in depth packages. These sessions will keep you track with your commitment to your mental health and help you move towards a life you want.
- One session per month (for a period of 3/ 6/ 12 months) to help you keep you on track regarding managing your anxiety and achieving your goals.
- Email and WhatsApp support on a weekly basis.
- Time commitment- 3/ 6/ 12 months (once a month).
- Increasing self-awareness
- Understanding scientific principles of managing anxiety.
- Learning and practicing relaxation techniques.
- Checkin in with your stress level, your understanding of the concepts, and your application of the techniques.
